PrintToday’s quote was my mantra for getting into dish duty on Thanksgiving. It was my first time preparing the whole meal myself. It was actually a lot of fun, and everything turned out tasty, though I really underestimated the amount of work involved. All my efforts to find a local producer of pastured porkย paid off big time; that is some tasty pig. It’s a good thing because I have about 7 pound of it left over #gainz

An outlier of a week, with the holiday and family in town. PR’ed both front and back squats with the chains, which feels pretty great. Sleep has been on point, which helps a lot. Nothing much else to report.
