Everything is feeling good! I am pretty sure my 1 RM on jerk is around 135# and that weight felt not super hard.
The front squats on the other hand, ooh, those felt heavy. But the movement felt good; nothing lit up in a bad way. I anticipate feeling the aftermath of the side bends and the TGU med ball things (woah!) tomorrow.
I really dig lifting with Cori. She’s a cool chic and she pointed out that Kyle looks like the dude from The Last Man on Earth. Observant.
