That was dumb. On my part. Coming off a stressful week with only one training day mixed in, andย  a zero food Friday, doing both the hike and the triplet workout was not my brightest idea. Nothing felt great, but I finished. Hope to roll in tomorrow and do the O-lifting workout and fill in some info on the “new cycle” board.
